At EsScentz Candle Company LLC, we take pride in crafting high-quality, hand-poured candles and ensuring our customers have an excellent experience with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

✅ Items must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging.
✅ Items must be in the same condition as received.
✅ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Used, burned, or damaged candles (unless they arrived damaged or defective).
🚫 Personalized or custom-made items.
🚫 Sale or clearance items (final sale).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
📸 Email sales@esscentzcandleco.net with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s), and we will send a replacement or issue a store credit.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for unused, eligible products. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
